How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

  1. Measure with a Ring

    • Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

    • Measure the inside diameter in millimeters.

    • Match it to the chart below.

  2. Measure with a String or Strip of Paper

    • Wrap the string or paper around the base of your finger.

    • Mark the point where it overlaps.

    • Measure the length in millimeters — this is your finger circumference.

    • Match to the chart below.

 

 

Tips for Accuracy

  • Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it is largest.

  • Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.

  • If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

  • Wider bands may fit slightly tighter; consider sizing up.
