Orders
Confirmed once payment is processed and an email confirmation is issued.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in selected currency. Payments are accepted through Shopify, Stripe, and Klarna. Taxes and duties apply.

Shipping
Orders ship from Vancouver, Canada. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

Customs & Duties
International clients are responsible for local import fees.

Title Transfer
Ownership passes upon full payment and shipment.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
Wujoude Atelier reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that is flagged as suspicious, high risk, or potentially fraudulent by our payment processor or internal security systems.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated after receipt of goods, Wujoude Atelier retains the right to pursue collection of the full order value, including associated fees, through lawful means.

We may request additional verification information (such as government-issued ID or proof of address) before processing high-value orders. If this verification is not provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
