AUTHENTICITY & CRAFTSMANSHIP

  • How long does it take to craft my pieces?
    At Wujoude Atelier, each piece is made to order to your exact specifications. Upon placing your order, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your size, material and stone selections. Producing each piece takes between 30 and 45 days to complete. If you request engraving or any special customization, please allow an additional 7 days for your piece to be ready. 

  • How do I know my piece is authentic?
    Each piece bears the Wujoude Atelier hallmark and is accompanied by documentation certifying its authenticity and quality.

  • Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
    Yes. Every creation is delivered with a certificate verifying its origin, material, and craftsmanship.

  • Are your materials ethically sourced?
     We work exclusively with trusted artisans and suppliers who uphold the highest standards of ethics and responsibility at every level of our procurement and production process.

 



ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • How will I know my order was placed successfully?
    You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shopify, Stripe, and Klarna for flexible payments.

  • Is my payment secure?
    Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

 


 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

  • Where do you ship from?
    All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we are pleased to serve clients worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary by destination.

  • Will I have to pay customs or duties?
    International clients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

 


 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS

  • What is your return policy?
    Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and in like-new condition. Pieces that have been engraved or customized will not be eligible for return. 

  • Do you offer exchanges?
    Yes, exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase. We provide a prepaid label for approved exchanges. Please note that pieces that have been engraved or customized will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Do you offer repairs?
    We offer complimentary repairs for up to 24 months for manufacturing defects and natural wear.

 


 

SIZING & CARE

  • How do I determine my ring size?
    Please refer to our Ring Sizing Guide, complete with conversion charts and a printable sizer.

  • How should I care for my jewelry?
    Store your piece in its original Wujoude Atelier box when not worn. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and polish gently with a soft cloth to maintain brilliance.

 


 

GIFTING

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
     Yes. All creations arrive in our signature packaging, ready for gifting.

  • Can I include a personal message?
    Yes. You will have the option to include a complimentary handwritten note at checkout.

  • Do you offer gift cards?
