Repairs, Returns and Exchanges
At Wujoude Atelier, we are committed to creating heirloom-quality jewelry and delivering an exceptional client experience. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will gladly assist you through our streamlined returns, exchanges, or repair process.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in like-new condition, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

All items are subject to inspection prior to the issuance of a refund.

Customized or engraved pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at concierge@wujoude.com. Kindly include your order number and the reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We do not provide prepaid return labels for refunds at this time.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for an exchange:

A prepaid shipping label will be provided for approved exchange requests.
To begin an exchange, email concierge@wujoude.com with your order number and the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Repairs
Each Wujoude Atelier piece is handcrafted to the highest standards of craftsmanship. We offer complimentary repairs for up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
This service covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. It does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.
To request a repair, please email concierge@wujoude.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
